Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Items returned outside the 30-day window or in non-original condition may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@patchhub.net with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, PatchHub covers return shipping costs. For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made cables, cut-to-length wire, or items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@patchhub.net with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded. Please always contact us before shipping back your item.
