Return Policy – Patch Hub
Effective Date: November 2025
Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it,
- In the original packaging,
- Complete with all accessories and documentation, and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number,
- The item(s) you wish to return,
- The reason for the return, and
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used spools/boxes of cable,
- Opened or used RJ45 connectors,
- Custom items, special-order items, or products marked “Final Sale”,
- Clearance products that are not eligible for return.
Refunds
After we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If a return is rejected due to use, damage, or missing components, we will notify you by email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping) after reviewing your claim.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- We sent the wrong item,
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The product is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
