Shipping Policy – Patch Hub
Effective Date: November 2025
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Patch Hub ships all orders using UPS. Available services include:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- UPS Ground – Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and delivery address. We do not currently ship with USPS or FedEx.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical street address at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you.
Damaged Packages or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, notify us within 7 business days so we can assist with a carrier trace or claim.
