Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer flat-rate and carrier-calculated shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier.
While we aim to meet all timeframes, delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons. If we anticipate a delay, we’ll notify you promptly.
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. For larger orders or oversized items, a physical address is recommended to avoid size restrictions.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@patchhub.net with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, notify us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier trace or claim.
